After two weeks of using the Horow T38P, performance has been great and reliable. Flush power is strong and I really like the heated seat. Build quality feels solid, the soft close seat is stable and the night lights are cool. Installation was straightforward, had to read the manual quite thoroughly. No leaks or issues so far. Overall, it delivers performance for a good price.

My Swash 1400 bidet is a perfect solution. I enjoyed the old one, which worked for one year more than its warranty. There is no Brondell in Canada for fixing the old one, and sending it to the US is also expensive. The new one came one week after ordering. The replacement was very easy, and I am enjoying again using the Swash 1400 Brondell bidet.

Top of the line and I would never go to another brand of bidets. The construction and longevity of the Swash is impeccable. The design has changed a bit over the years, but they have not degraded in product, they have only gotten better. I have recommended this product to family and friends and all who have purchased it have said they love it!

Really works perfectly. Comfortable. Warm. Quiet. Never having to touch the seat is huge plus. Husband wishes there was a seat riser to raise height of seat.

My hands don't touch the knob because of auto flush! The inside is cleaner because of prerinse! My bum is cleaner because of the bidet! We love it :)
